Glacier Coolant LM-11D is a high and low temperature bidirectional coolant. The operation temperature of Glacier Coolant LM- 11D is -70℃~100℃. It is insoluble in water, and is suitable for water sensitive anhydrous systems. At 20℃, the density, viscosity and thermal conductivity of Glacier Coolant LM-11D are 0.74~0.76 g/cm3, 1.96 cP and 0.1253 W/m ·K, respectively. The flash point of Glacier Coolant LM-11D is 83℃. The boiling point of Glacier Coolant LM-11D is 218℃, and the freezing point is less than -70℃. Glacier Coolant LM-11D has excellent antirust performance for carbon steel, stainless steel, red copper and other metals. The system needs to be cleaned, purged and dried prior to adding LM- 11D. The product has a certain volatility, so it is recommended to close the system as much as possible. Prevent moisture from entering the system during use.

Glacier Coolant basically has no corrosion to carbon steel, stainless steel, red copper, aluminum alloy and other metals, and has good corrosion protection based on the test done by Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences according to GB/T 19291-2003《General principles of corrosion testing of metals and alloys》. Product Selection
This product is flammable and may be fatal if swallowed and entered the respiratory tract. Please read the technical description, safety data sheet, safety label, enterprise standard and other data of Glacier CoolantLM-11D before using it. It shall be stored, used and operated according to the requirements of the above data, and shall not be mixed with other ingredients not approved by our company.
1. After confirming that there is no leakage point in the system, clean the system and drain the water. Adding Glacier Coolant solution to the system as soon as possible after drying;
2. Inject Glacier Coolant into the system. Prevent moisture from entering the system during use.
After-sale service and testing items
Relevant personnel will provide tracking service during the using process of the product. They will regularly sample the products used by the customers and take them back to the company for testing. The testing items rely on the company's low temperature liquid heat transfer medium engineering laboratory, which can be tested according to the company's Box7 comprehensive testing standard. The testing items are as follows:
1. Specific heat capacity test to ensure the cold carrying capacity of Glacier Coolant;
2. Thermal conductivity test to ensure the thermal conductivity of Glacier Coolant;
3. Concentration and harmful ions determination to control the concentration and find harmful ions in time;
4. Low temperature viscosity test to ensure the working efficiency of Glacier Coolant;
5. Boiling point and freezing point tests to ensure that the use temperature range of Glacier Coolant meets the standard;
6. High temperature corrosion protection test to ensure the corrosion protection performance of the product under extreme conditions.
