The Versatile Performer for Low-Temperature Conditions

LM-8 is a water-based coolant designed by Glacier Coolant specifically for low-temperature conditions, with an operating temperature range of -50 to 120C. With excellent low-temperature fluidity, non-flammable and non-explosive safety characteristics, and a wide temperature coverage, LM-8 performs outstandingly in heat source towers, low-temperature cold storage, and industrial low-temperature refrigeration.

LM-9D is the high-temperature enhanced version of LM-8, with superior high-temperature performance in the -45 to 120C range, suitable for systems with higher high-temperature segment requirements.

High-temperature corrosion: Corrosion accelerates at 120C; use stainless steel for high-temperature applications.
Strong oxidizers: Avoid contact with concentrated nitric acid and other strong oxidizers.
Shutdown protection: Temperature rise during shutdown causes thermal expansion; expansion tank or relief device must be installed.
Plate heat exchanger icing: Local icing may occur at low temperatures; cool gradually in steps to avoid icing.
